Wonderpark Estate is managed by a dedicated Facility Manager, who oversees the estate’s operations with a team reporting directly. The Facility Manager collaborates closely with the Management Agent and reports to the trustees, ensuring effective management and maintenance of the estate. Trustee are allocated into specific portfolios, including The Facility Manager ensures that all aspects of the estate’s operations are coordinated effectively and works closely with the trustees to maintain high standards of living and ensure the smooth operation of all estate functions.

Overseeing the continuous upgrade of security systems, enforcement of estate rules, and coordination with local law enforcement to maintain a safe living environment..

Managing landscaping, garden maintenance, and cleaning services to ensure the estate’s outdoor spaces are well-kept and inviting.

Managing legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing commercial agreements. This portfolio also includes handling arrear levy collections and managing rental income from commercially let areas to protect the estate’s financial interests and ensure smooth operations.

Executing a comprehensive maintenance plan to keep the estate’s infrastructure in prime condition. This includes addressing repairs and upgrades as needed, and monitoring the 10-year maintenance plan required by law to ensure compliance and long-term sustainability of the estate’s infrastructure

Overseeing administrative functions, strategic planning, and financial management to balance cash flow for operations. This crucial portfolio involves budgeting and driving revenue generation projects to reduce the levy burden on residents. It includes making strategic investments to ensure estate sustainability and maintaining a healthy balance sheet to support efficient estate operations and long-term financial stability.
